3 Age Restrictions

• At the time of registration, members confirm that they are 18 years of age or older.
• Parents can use parental controls to monitor their children's online activity.
• A government-issued ID may be requested at any time for age verification purposes.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

Jta7 supports deposits and withdrawals via Mobile Banking, Nagad, and Rocket. The following conditions apply to all transactions.

• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
• Account verification must be completed before a withdrawal can be processed.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

Jta7's bonus and promotion offers are subject to specific terms and conditions. By accepting a bonus, members are automatically considered to have agreed to the relevant terms.

• Each bonus carries its own Wagering requirements that must be met before any withdrawal can be made.
• The welcome bonus is available to first-time registrants only, and each member may claim it once.
• Any attempt to abuse bonuses or claim them through fraudulent means will result in account termination.
• Claiming bonuses through multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.

6 Betting Rules

All members must follow the rules below when placing bets on jta7. These rules are in place to ensure a fair and transparent gaming environment.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled unless a technical error is proven.
• If a technical issue affects the outcome of a bet, jta7 reserves the right to void that bet and refund the stake.
• If the internet connection is lost during a Live Casino game, the outcome will be determined based on the last confirmed game state.
• Jta7 reserves the right to void any winnings resulting from a software error or incorrect odds.
• If match fixing or any form of fraud is suspected, the relevant bet will be held under investigation.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jta7 Platform. Any violation will result in immediate account termination and may lead to legal action.

• Using bots, scripts, or automated software to play games.
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to the platform's systems.
• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
• Using or attempting to access another member's account.
• Collusion or coordinating with others to gain an unfair advantage.
• Operating multiple accounts under false identities.
• Impersonating jta7 staff.

8 Account Closure and Suspension

Jta7 reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account without prior notice in the following circumstances.

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• If identity verification fails or false information is proven.
• If evidence of suspicious or fraudulent activity is found.
• At the direction of regulatory authorities.

Members may also request account closure at any time through the support team. A self-exclusion option is available to lock the account for a specified period.

9 Privacy and Data Protection

• Member data will never be sold to any third party.
• Information may be disclosed to regulatory authorities when required by law.

10 Limitation of Liability

Jta7 is committed to delivering the highest quality of service; however, our liability is limited in the following areas.

• Jta7 is not liable for any losses caused by internet connectivity issues or disruptions to third-party services.
• Jta7 is not liable for service interruptions caused by natural disasters, war, or government directives.
• Jta7 is not responsible for any financial loss resulting from a member's own error.
• If a display error occurs due to a technical fault, the server record will be considered the final and authoritative source.

11 Right to Modify Terms

Jta7 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions, in part or in full, at any time. Members will be notified through the Platform before any changes take effect.

• Members will be notified of significant changes via email or in-app notification.
• Continued use of the platform after any changes have been made will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
• If you do not agree to the updated terms, you may request to close your account.
